The company has secured approvals to establish a state-of-the-art beverage production facility in Shelby County, Indiana, enhancing its capacity to serve the rapidly growing Midwest market. Prime Beverage Group will occupy and operate the entire 915,720-square-foot Velocity 74 Trade Center in Fairland, a modern industrial facility developed and constructed by Browning Real Estate Partners.
Prime Beverage Group also maintains significant production and warehousing operations in North Carolina based in Kannapolis. This new Midwest location will provide improved supply chain efficiency, faster turnaround times, and greater accessibility for its brand partners in Midwest markets.
